01 Introduction

Welcome to TTJL. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are the legal agreement between you (the Player) and TTJL (the Platform, we, us, our). They cover your registration, secure login, account verification, and use of the TTJL website, mobile app, and every related gaming service available at ttjl.beer.

03 Account Sign-Up

When you register a TTJL account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during sign-up.

You are responsible for making sure every detail you give TTJL is true and correct. Submitting false or misleading information — including using someone else's identity or mobile wallet details — is a serious breach of these Terms. It may lead to immediate account closure and reporting to the proper authorities.

• Username & Password: You are responsible for choosing a secure password and keeping your login details private. Never share your TTJL account information with anyone.
• Mobile Number: Your registered mobile number must be one that you own and control. It will be used for account verification and payment processing through supported mobile wallets.
• Verification: TTJL may ask you to confirm your identity at any time. This can include submitting a copy of your National ID or another government-issued ID. If you do not complete verification when asked, your account may be restricted.
• Account Updates: If any of your registered details change, update your account information right away. You can do this from your account settings or by reaching out to TTJL support.

04 Deposits and Payments

TTJL accepts deposits through supported mobile wallets and online payment channels available in the Philippines. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at TTJL is shown on the deposit page and may differ depending on the payment method. Check the current minimum before you start a transaction.
• Processing Time: Deposits made through supported e-wallets are usually credited to your TTJL account within a few minutes. In rare cases where network problems occur, processing may take longer.
• Deposit Ownership: Only deposit funds from a mobile wallet or payment account registered under your own name. Deposits from third-party wallets are not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
• Transaction Fees: TTJL does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or payment channel may apply its own transaction charges. Check with your provider for the current fee schedule.
• Failed Transaction Assistance: If a deposit does not reflect in your account, avoid sending the same transaction again right away. Contact the TTJL support team and keep your transaction reference number ready so our team can check what happened as quickly as possible.

05 Withdrawals

TTJL is committed to processing withdrawals as fast as possible. Payouts are sent to the same mobile wallet that you used for your most recent deposit, subject to the conditions listed below.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: A minimum withdrawal amount applies to every request and is displayed on the withdrawal page. Requests that fall below this amount will not be processed.
• Identity Verification Step: TTJL may ask you to verify your identity before a withdrawal is approved, especially for first-time cashouts or large amounts. This is a standard security measure designed to protect your funds.
• Bonus Wagering Conditions: If you have an active bonus, you must complete the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing any winnings obtained from that bonus. Your account balance will clearly show which funds are available for withdrawal.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. During peak periods or when additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawal Limit Policy: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply to your account. The current limits are shown in your account settings. Players with a good account history may qualify for higher limits; contact support for more information.
• Declined Withdrawal Requests: TTJL reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a violation of these TTJL platform terms, or an ongoing investigation involving your account.

06 Promotions and Bonuses

TTJL gives a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. Every bonus follows its own specific conditions, plus the general bonus rules explained on this page.

• Bonus Wagering Conditions: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. This is the number of times you need to turn over the bonus amount before you can request a withdrawal. The exact requirement is always shown on the promo page itself.
• Eligible games: Different games do not count the same way toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games usually count 100% of each wager, while table games and live casino play may only count at a lower percentage. Always check the individual promotion terms for the exact rates.
• Bonus expiration: If a bonus is not used before the stated validity date, it will automatically expire and be taken off your account. Once a bonus has expired, it cannot be restored or reactivated.
• Only one active bonus: Your TTJL account can only hold one active bonus at a time. You are not allowed to combine or stack multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion clearly says that stacking is allowed.
• Preventing abuse: TTJL regularly checks how bonuses are used to spot possible abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, making multiple accounts just to claim bonuses, using automated betting scripts or patterns, or taking advantage of promotion rules in bad faith. If we find this kind of activity, the bonus will be forfeited and your account may be closed.
• No-deposit bonuses: For any no-deposit bonus offered by TTJL, a maximum withdrawal limit applies to winnings from that bonus. The exact limit is always listed in the specific promotion terms.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

Every game on TTJL runs on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. That means each result is produced at random and cannot be predicted, tampered with, or controlled by anyone—including the platform itself.

• RNG Certification The RNG systems used by TTJL are independently tested and certified. Each game's published Return to Player (RTP) percentage is accurate and represents the long-term statistical average.
• Game Malfunctions If a technical issue interrupts a game, that specific round will be cancelled and the wagered amount returned to your account. TTJL will not be held responsible for losses caused by technical failures outside its control.
• Disconnection Policy If your connection drops during a round, TTJL's system will still finish the round based on the game's standard rules. Once you reconnect, the recorded result will be applied to your account.
• Betting Limits Every TTJL game has minimum and maximum bet limits shown inside the game interface. Any bet that falls outside these limits may be cancelled.
• Disputed Results If you think a game result is wrong, contact TTJL support within 72 hours after that round. TTJL will check the game records and give a resolution. The platform's decision on disputed results is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the TTJL platform. Violations can lead to immediate account suspension, loss of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud Any fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of your identity.
• Multiple Accounts Registering multiple accounts on TTJL, whether under your own name or using another person's information.
• Collusion Working with other players to get an unfair edge in any game, especially live dealer or multiplayer titles.
• Automated Tools Operating bots, scripts, or any kind of automated tool to access TTJL games or any part of the platform.
• Chargebacks Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile wallet provider after those funds have already been used on the platform. TTJL will take all available steps to recover that amount.
• Money Laundering Using TTJL for money laundering or to move funds that come from illegal sources. TTJL follows anti-money laundering rules and will report any suspicious transaction.
• Exploiting Bugs Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, glitches, or security gaps to get an unfair edge. Any winnings gained this way will be cancelled.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

TTJL may suspend, limit, or permanently close any account at its own discretion, with or without advance notice, under any of the following conditions. This applies to all players aged 21 and above; please play responsibly.

• Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or giving false identity details.
• Not completing identity verification after TTJL asks for it.
• Suspected money laundering or using funds that were obtained illegally.
• Abusive, threatening, or improper conduct toward TTJL staff or fellow players.
• When the player asks to close the account voluntarily.
• Long periods of inactivity — accounts with no login for 12 straight months may be marked as dormant.

If TTJL closes an account because of a Terms violation, the platform may hold any remaining funds while the case is being reviewed. If the closure is not related to a violation, like when a player voluntarily asks to close the account, any verified balance will be returned to the mobile wallet registered on the account.

10 Privacy and Data

TTJL handles personal information under the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. When you use TTJL, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Data Collection: TTJL gathers the details you provide during registration, payment processing, and platform use, including device information and usage records.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, TTJL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that arise from your use of the platform. These include, but are not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults or connectivity problems that are beyond TTJL's control.
• Losses that result from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account because your login credentials were not kept secure.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside TTJL's reasonable control.

TTJL's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days before the event that led to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

TTJL reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. When updates are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

For major updates, TTJL will inform registered players through the contact details saved on their account, usually by in-app notification or email. Continuing to use TTJL after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised conditions.
